If you own a popular site or a data–intensive web application, it is of crucial importance to keep a full back–up copies of everything. Unfortunately, setting up an automated backup solution can be hard. That is why we offer you our Optional Managed Services solution – we will maintain a full backup copy of your VPS web hosting, not just of your web sites and data, but of all the custom modifications that you have created. Our backup scripts are run every week, retaining all the customizations that you’ve made during that time.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a Linux VPS Web Hosting Package, you will have complete freedom to install any kind of script or service on your server. Yet, some scripts are more difficult to install and might require some extra setup from you. This is when our Optional Managed Services package can help you out. It features 30 min of installation & problem–solving duties – which means you can basically hire one of our professional server administrators for half an hour and have him help you with the installation of any kind of software package that you need. And/or have him rectify a trouble that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.
